  • What are the space and power requirements for setting up the 360 video booth?
    We'll need an area measuring 10 feet by 10 feet, ideally in a low-traffic section, with access to an electrical outlet.
  • How long does setup and breakdown take?
    Setup and breakdown of the booth each take between 15 to 30 minutes, totaling 30 minutes to 1 hour for the complete process.
  • Can the 360 video booth operate outdoors?
    Yes, the booth can operate outdoors! However, your venue should provide adequate shade to ensure optimal lighting for the best 360 videos. Please note: We do not set up outdoors under unfavorable weather conditions and do not provide outdoor shading or canopies.
  • What customization options are available for the 360 video booth?
    You can select 2 to 3 songs to play in your videos to enhance the experience. Additionally, we offer custom overlay designs tailored to your event's theme. This can include personalized messages, icons, pictures, or logos of your choice. We also provide props upon request to make your videos even more fun and engaging.
  • How many people can fit inside the booth at one time?
    Our 360 video booth comfortably accommodates up to 4-6 people at a time, depending on their size and how close they are willing to stand together. This setup ensures that everyone gets a clear, engaging capture from every angle, making it perfect for group videos and creating lively, memorable moments at your event.
  • Do guests get instant access to their videos?
    Yes, they do! Our 360 video booth is equipped with instant sharing capabilities, allowing guests to receive their videos immediately after they exit the booth. Additionally, after the event, we send the client a link to access all the videos captured during the event, ensuring no memorable moment is missed.
  • Are there any special lighting requirements for the booth?
    In addition to the venue's overhead lighting, we supplement with our own lighting around the booth to ensure the highest quality videos. This extra lighting helps to eliminate shadows and enhance the clarity and vibrancy of the footage, making sure that every moment captured is visually stunning.
  • What packages do you offer, and what do they include?
    All of our packages include a comprehensive suite of features to enhance your event experience: 360 Video Booth, Camera and Ring Light, Setup/Takedown, On-site Attendants, Party Props (on demand), Unlimited 360 Videos with Instant Sharing, Booth Lighting, Customized Overlay Design, 2 to 3 Song Choices. Our services are available from a minimum of 2 hours to 5+ hours, with pricing dependent on the duration the client chooses. This flexibility allows us to cater to a range of events, from short gatherings to full-day celebrations.
  • Is there a staff member present to assist guests during the event?
    Yes, we provide 1 to 2 booth attendants at every event to ensure the service runs smoothly. Our staff are well-trained professionals who are adept at managing the booth, assisting guests, and ensuring everyone has a great experience using the 360 video booth.
  • Can we see samples of videos taken at other events?
    Certainly! To see examples of videos captured at previous events, you can visit the "Client Album" section on our website. Additionally, you can check out our Instagram page for more recent and diverse content.
  • How far in advance should we book your 360 video booth?
    We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability and avoid the risk of overbooking, especially on popular dates. We require a minimum lead time of 72 hours prior to the event. Please note, bookings made less than 72 hours before an event will incur a late booking fee. Planning ahead not only helps secure our services but also allows us ample time to prepare and tailor your experience to meet your specific needs.
  • What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
    Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled event, please note that your deposit will not be refunded. This policy covers the costs and lost booking opportunities due to late cancellations. To avoid losing your deposit, please inform us of any cancellations as early as possible. Rescheduling: If you need to change the date of your event, please send your request in writing at your earliest convenience. Rescheduling is subject to availability and will require both parties to agree on a new date and contract to replace the original.
